Valve Assembly Area

Prior to assembly all parts are fully traced and recorded digitally. Valves are then fully assembled and tested with both customer and I.C.B. witness.

Actuated Gate Valves

Prior to assembly all parts are fully traced and recorded digitally.

Valves are then fully assembled and tested with both customer and I.C.B. witness.

Tubing Hanger Running Tool & Universal Running Tool Assemblies

All Running Tools recieved in kit part form, all parts then traced and assembled as per

drawing BOM and function / pressure tested as per procedures.

Wireline BOP Post Pipework manufacture

Vertical Tubing Hanger Running Tool make up to Tubing Hanger

Vertical crown plug setting in either Tubing Hanger or Internal Tree Cap.

All make-ups performed on saftey elevated platform.

Overall height / length of vertical make-ups 40 Ft.

Following on from make-up, components can then be tested in our in-house test facility

Hydrostatic Test Bay can utilise components up to 60 Ft Long.

Nitrogen Gas Test Bay can utilise components up to 40 Ft Long

Subsea Wellhead Connector

Full assembly build including manufacture of all

hard pipe plumbing followed by full Factory

Acceptance Test procedure with customer and

I.C.B Witness.

15K Surface Tree full assembly build including all hard pipe

manufacture and electrical cable run installation.
